30-Day Return Policy
For online orders, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Opened capsule toys, blind-box products, and opened collectible items are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
