  • you received the wrong item
  • your order arrived damaged
  • there is a problem with pickup or delivery

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • opened products
  • random outcomes from Random 1 purchases
  • delays related to preorder estimates

Preorder dates are estimates only. Delays alone do not qualify for a refund unless otherwise stated.
